The Lumistar Luminaire ESL 51LED is designed for versatile applications, perfect for mounting on sight glass fittings.

Available in three versions—ESL 51LED HK (with bracket for SW I wiper unit), ESL 51LED KS (with hinged bracket for general use), and ESL 51LED B (special sterile version for flange attachment)—this luminaire provides a practical solution for various industrial needs.

Features

• Flush Design with Smooth Surface: This sight glass luminaire is suitable for both combined sight and light ports in a single-flange configuration or two separate ports in a double-flange version. Integrated fastening clamps allow attachment to Lumiglas wiper unit SW I.
• Compact and Powerful: Offers glare-free illumination and fits circular sight glass fittings according to DIN 28120/DIN 28121, as well as screwed sight glass fittings compliant with DIN 11851.

• Protection Class: Dust-tight and water jet-proof with IP65 rating according to DIN EN 60529/DIN VDE 0470 part 1.
• Operating Conditions: Independent of vacuum/pressure inside the vessel. Should not be used to replace the cover flange or the complete sight glass flange assembly, nor to close a vessel port.

Common Applications

Installation

The luminaire is fixed to the mating flange by a hinged bracket in the case of circular sight glass fittings and visual flow indicators. For screw-type sight glass fittings, it is fastened to the groove nut, ensuring straightforward installation.
