Papenmeier Lumistar Luminaire USL 06 LED

The Papenmeier Lumistar Luminaire USL 06LED is a versatile, dust- and waterjet-proof sight glass luminaire designed for industrial environments.

It is ideal for illuminating closed vessels, boilers, tanks, silos, agitators, and reactors.

Available in both single-flange (combined sight and light ports) and two-flange versions (separate ports), this luminaire fits circular sight glass fittings similar to DIN 28120 and DIN 28121, as well as screw-type sight glass fittings similar to DIN 11851.

Features

• Robust construction with aluminium luminaire housing and head.
• Mounting options include a stainless steel mounting bracket or adapter flange (material 1.4301).
• Suitable for continuous operation and push-button mode; external push button or timer can be supplied separately.
• Cable gland with variable cable length and clamping range of 6-13 mm, located on the right side.

Mounting Compatibility

• Circular sight glass fittings similar to DIN 28120 from DN 50 (fixing on cover flange).
• Circular sight glass fittings similar to DIN 28121 from DN 80 (fixing on cover flange).
• Screw-type sight glass fittings similar to DIN 11851 mounted on cover nut with adapter flange for DN 65, 80, and 100. For DN 80, 100, 125, and 150, mounting bracket is used.
