Service Requirements
For minor service conducted in the process plant, the client must ensure sufficient clearance around the system. If the height of the system components exceeds the limits set by SWA: WHS regulations, the client is responsible for providing a secure lifting or rail platform to facilitate safe inspection and maintenance.
Client Responsibilities During Service Visits
When our technicians arrive to perform service in a plant, the client must ensure that the work area is safe and free from hazards. This includes providing access to necessary utilities and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed to protect both our personnel and plant operations.
Transporting IEP System Components for Service
If sending IEP system components to our service facility, the client must securely package the components for transport. All name tags and switches must remain attached to the valve. Failure to do so may result in delayed service or additional charges for reidentification and handling.
