The Lumistar Luminaire ASL 57-LED is a versatile sight glass luminaire designed for universal applications.

It is ideal for use in combined sight and light ports (single-flange version) or with two separate ports (double-flange version). This luminaire combines advanced LED technology with practical design, making it suitable for various industrial environments.

Common Applications

The Lumistar ASL 57-LED is designed for illuminating visual flow indicators, pipelines, laboratory mixers, bioreactors, and the interiors of tanks, hoppers, silos, agitators, and other normally closed vessels in non-explosive environments.

Installation

This luminaire can be mounted on the mating flange using a hinged bracket for sight glasses on circular fittings and visual flow indicators. With screw-type sight glass fittings similar to DIN 11851, it can be fastened using a flange collar or directly on the slotted nut.

Accessories must be ordered separately and include:

1. Luminaire mounting – hinged bracket (Part No. 0354.029.00)
2. Luminaire mounting – weld-on flange for DIN slotted nut (available for various sizes)
3. Flanged adapter for installation under specific models (available on request).
