Rupture Disc KSRSR Reverse Dome Shear Type

Designs
  • KSRSR: Reverse Dome Shear Type and is used with installation on FDC standard holder & carved structure is ruptured while inverted along with Scored Line processed precisely.
  • KSRBKH: Reverse Dome Buckling Knife Type and is used with installation on FDC standard holder, consists of Control Disc and Seal Disc and is Ruptured while dome is sheared by Knife of Control Disc.
  • KSRBK: Reverse Dome Buckling Knife Type for Flange, same as KSRBKH, but used with installation on Flange without holder.
  • KSRRK: Reverse Dome Shear Type and is used with installation on FDC standard holder, is integrated with Disc and Knife and Shearing structure is ruptured by knife ring attached to disc while dome is inverted.
  • KSRRKF: Reverse Dome Shear Type for Ferrule, same as KSRRK, but used with installation on Ferrule Connection without holder.
  • KSRR: Reverse Dome Knife Type and is used with installation on FDC standard holder and Reversal structure is ruptured by knife blade attached upper holder while dome is inverted.

  • KSRCT: Forward Dome Tension Sloped Seat Type and is used with installation on FDC standard holder, Structure that the Disc is ruptured by tension owing to the pressure, Sloped Type Disc Seat structure and consists of Top disc, Support disc and Guide ring.

Graphite Disc Types Rupture Disc

Rupture Disc KSRGM Mono BlockRupture Disc KSRGI InvertedRupture Disc KSRGD Double Acting

Designs
  • KSRGM (mono block): Favourable for low and intermediate burst ratings.
  • KSRGI (inverted): Favourable for higher burst ratings, flat surface of the disc contacts the process media.
  • KSRGD (double acting): Setting two different pressures in the opposite directions (Double Acting Type).

It’s made from a single piece of graphite which is impregnated with phenolic resin to install directly between standard flange without holders and armor is required for temperatures above 170℃.
