Description
ValuMass Series 440 VAL Thermal Mass Insertion Flow Meters
EPI’s ValuMass™ Series 440 flow measurement instrument is a cost-effective and easy-to-install solution for various flow applications. It offers high value. With a standard NEMA 4X Rated (IP66) enclosure, this insertion thermal mass flowmeter is expertly crafted for applications that do not require the hazardous rating; that is, the enclosure is certified for Ordinary Locations.
The two RTD (Resistance Temperature Detector) sensing elements in the ValuMassTM Series 440 are optimised for mass flow metering that is both highly accurate and repeatable. The sensors are precise and highly resistant because they are made of high-quality materials like reference-grade platinum, ceramic, glass, and stainless steel, and they are designed using exclusive temperature compensation techniques. In order to enhance defence and resilience against abrasion and corrosion, we additionally coat our sensors with a stainless-steel
Key Features to highlight in the ValuMass Series 440 include:
- Meter Type: Insertion, facilitating ease of installation in diverse settings.
- Enclosure: Equipped with a NEMA 4X Rated (IP66) standard enclosure.
- Warranty: Reliable with a 1-4 year warranty period.
- Certifications: Proudly CE certified, ensuring compliance with important international standards.
- Material Resilience: Built with high-grade materials like platinum, ceramic, glass, and stainless steel, safeguarding against corrosion and abrasion.
Capabilities of the ValuMass Series 440:
- Advanced RTD sensors for accurate temperature readings, critical for precise flow measurements.
